All agencies displaying the UAPA logo, subscribe to a universal code of conduct.

Should you choose to utilise the services of one of these agencies, you are assured of a minimum standard of support as laid down by the ethical code.

UAPA is a self regulating body and should a member in your opinion not comply  in terms of the minimum standards, we invite you to use the facilities of UAPA to lay a formal complaint. Should the member be found to be in breach as a result of your complaint, appropriate censure will be taken by UAPA.

UAPA does not act as an agency and does not run an au-pair program. That is only offered by UAPA members.
