Agency Registration


I have an agency and I wish to join. What are the requirements?

The Universal Au pair Association is sponsored by the Au-pair Search and is open to all organisations, agencies and individuals actively engaged in the matching of au-pairs and host families; whether as consultants, au-pair agencies or   support services.

To be accepted as a member you must

  • be willing to agree to the code of conduct and ethics, and for the benefit of the association; actively help all members comply with this code

  • place the association's logos on your stationery, both electronic and printed

  • be involved as much as possible in the Association's activities and support it at every opportunity.


Membership to UAPA
Universal Au Pair Association
Includes the following:
  • Listing on Au Pair Search
  • A web page designed for you with an e-mail address and/or a link to your existing e-mail address and web site. (Additional web pages available on request)
  • Use of the Universal Au Pair Association logo on your stationery and your web site.
  • Constant promotion of the organisation on the WWW with a view to developing an ongoing public awareness of our organisation as a legitimate spokes-organisation for the industry as well as an effective resource for the general public.
  • Electronic copies of useful stationery, updates on work permits, updates on breaking news relevant to Au-Pair and cultural exchange programs.
  • Search of the database for au-pairs, families, agencies
  • Mailings of all new registrations of au pairs and families; selected by type and country.
  • Discussion forum open only to agencies
  • Mailing program for quick e-mail to all other agencies or selected by country or by agency.
  • Free advertising on the Aupair Search discussion forums
  • This is available at US$100 per  three month period or US$400 per annum.
